First time going an I was surprised. I built my own bowl and made a pretty great dish. Love the pita chips as well. Will definitely be back soon.
I'm plant-based and appreciate the black lentils in the grains section because they end up being my protein. I get the roasted veggies in the protein section. The skhug was a nice spicy cilantro dressing that I balanced with the sweeter balsamic date vinaigrette. My hubs had the crunchy falafal and said that he would order it again. The cucumber mint lime drink was so refreshing!
The customer service at this location was exceptionally disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and rude. I visited for dinner around 7:30 PM, only to find that several protein options were unavailable. When I politely asked a staff member if more would be prepared, I received a curt and dismissive response: “NO, the grill has already been cleaned!” — despite the fact that the location doesn’t close until 10:00 PM.
