Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes for a pickup order which said it would be ready 15 minutes afterwards placing. They then proceeded to place two different names on the bag, with my name and another customer’s name, and it wasn’t even the correct order. I wasn’t offered any compensation. I then had to wait additional time for them to remake my whole pickup order. I love the food but disappointed with the customer service and how it was handled.
This was our first time at CAVA and the food was Devine. I had a veggie bowl with all the fixings and hubby had a salad bowl with chicken and all the sauces. Ivonne was our server and her customer service was top notch. We took advantage of the beautiful day by sitting on the patio. Ivonne came out and grabbed our trays and asked how our meal was. The fresh fruit drinks are amazing , cucumber mint with a dash of lavender blackberry is my fav. Will definitely be coming back soon!
I absolutely loved the freshness of the food. Many options on the menu. Great flavor. I will be back. ( I gave a 3 for service because the person waiting on me mumbled the whole time making it difficult to hear and understand what he was saying)
