The food here always feels very fresh. Great place to go to not get too fancy but also avoid the grease overload you'll find at most fast places. They have outdoor seating, plenty of options toppings/ingredients to pick from, and their own in house line of soft drinks/teas/lemonades that are all really good too.

Absolutely love this Cava location! I tried it out for the first time two years ago and have loved it ever since. Everytime I come in, I’m greeted and helped fairly quickly even when there’s a line. And HUGE thanks to Chris for excellent service today
Just moved to downtown Woodstock with my fiancé and we found Cava off town Lake Parkway just 2 minutes from us. It is absolutely amazing and the best one we have been to! We are very conscious of Eating healthy and this is the best place to possibly have in our backyard where we can get amazing food on the go. I even asked the manager if I could order multiple meals to meal prep for my busy weeks.
