Stop kidding yourselves, these are factory fresh ingredients. The service is abysmal with take out orders. How difficult is it to include the requested salad dressing? How difficult is it to include utensils or even napkins in a take out order? Typical of the mindlessness found in this town.
My daughter & I are from the Midwest (Milwaukee, WI) and was passing through Charlotte as we taking her back to college. This was our first time trying Cava and we visited the midtown location and everything was 5 stars across the board. Princess was AMAZING, she was patient and explained everything to us, made some great recommendations and even let us taste some of the options. Konisha at CAVA was absolutely amazing! She came by our table to check on us, made sure everything was perfect, and her warm personality made our visit even better. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Excellent table touch and outstanding customer service — she turned a good meal into a great experience!
