If you come here for a takeout order (ex. using DoorDash), expect to be ignored in favor of the walk-in customers. I told the man behind the counter the name of the order 3 times over 10 minutes, and finally the last time he hands me a bag that had been sitting there the entire time. This isn't a one time occurrence, I expect this type of situation every time I walk thru the door. Service is abysmal.
Axel and Sylvia provided the best service possible. I always come to this cava because I can count on them.
