They know who they are.... They do not need to be working customer service in food industry if they are going to get mad when us customers don't reach their nature and want to rush us. Treat us like it's our first time, because it was.
A lady named Jeosha and another one named Meme helped me on today and I’m thankful . The energy and personal experience was immaculate. I’m off to enjoy my delicious food now but I will be back . Many people told me about them before I came and I’m delighted that I’ve gotten the hospitality wrapped up in Cava love served on today . Thank you ladies and thank you Cava .
The food was fresh and tastes great. I was expecting the food to be piled high in the bowl since thats what the photos show on the website, knew better then that. Bowls aren't filled like that but it was plenty of food. Was not offered any pita bread, had to ask for some and I was only given one little piece. Could asked for another I guess but she didn't really seem to want to give me that one piece. Whatcha gunna do? Ill still go back cause the food is good...
I walked in and there was 2 people in front of me and waited patiently. Everthing was good even though the guy that served my kids meal gave me white rice instead of brown rice which I didn’t say anything to make the experience faster. Then the lady that served my toppings made my experience and food awful. I understand the kids meal only comes with 2 toppings but I offered to pay for a little of greens.
