My first time at this Cava location. Why is my bowl not filled to the top? For $17 I’m dissatisfied with this. I talk highly of Cava and my bowl is usually filled to the top. This is the Harissa Avocado bowl. This bowl looks sad and I’m sad too smh.
There's one lady with a nasty hat she kept touching it and doing my food I don't know why she had gloves on yuck! She needs some hygiene training
I ordered falafel crunch and there is nothing in the bowl that I felt fresh , falafel is too cold and soggy, I ordered a pickup pita chips they are also too oily and cold .. I just feel very disappointed ,.iam not coming back to this location anymore
Food and customer service is great but the fact that EVERY time I come there’s a sign that says they’re cashless is crazy. This is a corporation. Figure it out.
