I believe people go to Cava, not just for the food but for the experience. The food is healthy, the aesthetics are bright, and the music is upbeat so I expect the customer service to be good. The people on the line did not smile at all, mumbled when they spoke, seemed irritated that we were there. The food area had drippings of food all around the workspace. Half the dressings were out. WORST CAVA EVER ! I’ve been to multiple locations , I always am able to ask for fresh pita chips and they happily do it , they literally denied me fresh pita chips , all outta every ingredient basically , the “ manager “ getting all snappy with me as if me trying to get fresh chips is a crime !!!! Rude rude rude !
"Disappointing experience and misleading practices. They are incredibly stingy with the meat portions, and the service changes completely depending on who is working. To make matters worse, they advertise the veggie and toppings bar at the end as 'unlimited,' but the staff acts funny and treats it like it's strictly limited when you actually try to get what you want.
