My server - I think I saw her name as An was terrible. She was very cold.
Ordered a rice bowl for takeout and the service was awful. The employee practically shoved it at me with no bag, no cutlery, nothing you'd expect for a to-go order. Really disappointing experience and not the way you treat customers.
I stopped by right around closing time, and “GUS” still took the time to help me with everything I needed. He was incredibly kind, patient, and never made me feel rushed. He made the whole experience so welcoming. If you get Gus helping you, you're definitely in good hands. Thanks again for the amazing service!
