They need a better online order pickup process. You end up waiting longer than if you just got in line.
I was recently transporting a gaggle of golden retriever puppies. I was really famished so I wanted to stop at Cava for a bite to eat. When I was trying to grab my spectacles the puppies got loose. Thankfully Jade and Robin were there and helped me corral the puppies and get them back into my vehicle. While this was happening my youngest and most cherished child was holding a large bundle of balloons. Crunch bowl and crispy falafel wrap. The wrap had only 2 falafels. No lettuce. Just corn, cabbage and so much sauce the pita was soggy. My bowl was not even half full. Came with only 2 falafels, no pita crisps, no veggies, feta when I asked for no feta. No avocado (which I paid extra for) no tomatoes, no lettuce. No pita which we paid extra for. Very very disappointing experience
