I recently visited CAVA and had mixed experiences. The food was excellent — honestly 10/10. Everything was fresh and flavorful. However, the customer service from Nicole was very disappointing. She had a rude attitude, poor communication, and made the experience uncomfortable from start to finish. When I asked simple questions about menu items and pricing, she was dismissive and unhelpful.
