Went here around 4 PM on Tuesday — terrible experience. No one at the counter, had to wait just to be acknowledged. The staff barely spoke, didn’t listen, and spent more time chatting with each other than helping me. No thank you, no basic courtesy. Felt like they didn’t care at all. Completely unprofessional and honestly just rude.
Ordered a few bowls to be delivered recently and they were so disappointing. My husband's rice was crunchy and his whole bowl inedible. They filled the dressing containers only half way & stuffed the dirty little containers INSIDE of our bowls. They forgot both side pitas that we ordered & did not properly seal the bag per delivery standards. My husband also ended up with a severe case of food poisoning after eating only about a third of his bowl. Never again!
Racist service, treated me notably differently than the others that were of their culture. The dude with the earring wad who served me. Otherwise, cava is cava.
This location cannot complete a take out order, and by she of the reviews send like they can't do in store either. It blows me away how they will leave whole items out of an order and entire halfs of the toppings request, they can't even include pita when you ask. I can't imagine we would order from here again, it's like the 6th time it's happened
