Prepare for your order to be messed up if you order ahead and for it to be more expensive if you order in person. The service at this location is so unprofessional. Employee’s here should really check their attitudes at the door. Not coming here any more because they either upcharge and it ends up being more expensive than ordering through the app, they don’t understand you when you order, or they’re rude. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated by Elsi yesterday. The employee are ruining the brand image.
We were visiting from out of state, and this was our first time at this restaurant. As we moved through the line, staff asked whether we wanted various items, phrasing each question in the same way. When asked if we wanted avocado, there was no indication that this would incur an additional charge. Only after receiving the bill did I realize there was an upcharge.
