I decided to place my first order at Cava a few weeks ago and I loved the salad. Since then I've ordered 3 times on this location but unfortunately 2 of those 3 times my order was wrong, missing many items. The salad is good anyway but it's very frustrating to see that 3 or 4 items are missing most of the time.
Never ever go to this place during lunch, if you do, do not order online thinking it will be faster, trust me. I had a meeting around 1, so I placed an online order for pick up around 12:15 they said pick up at 12:30. I got there its the most chaotic thing. they kept asking for everyones name and saying “1minute” . I asked for an update but no one could understand me cause of their language barrier.
