Terrible experience. 40 mins late. Raw lamb. Our pickup order was 40 minutes past time. I had two screaming toddlers in the car while my husband had to wait inside the entire time for our food. Finally received it only to find out none of our lamb was edible. Completely raw on the inside.

Waited 40 minutes for a pickup order. (Order at 4;45 for 5:00, food ready at 5:40). Apparently they printed the receipt and stuck it next to a register and had to go “find it”. Order was $50 for 3 bowls of spicy lamb. NONE of them are edible as the lamb is RAW as if it had been just ground from meat thrown on a pan to look barely brown on outside, fully raw in middle (see pic below). Staff is rude and fighting each other in the back

Overpriced food and understaffed. Waited a hour for a pick up order that was put in a hour and half before. They can’t handle the line of people then they have only one person doing to go orders. The amount of time it took to complete orders you would have thought it was something complex.

Food was great. Tammy at the pickup/delivery window was a nightmare. She was berating an employee loudly and speaking very disrespectfully multiple times. It was so much yelling that MY nerves were frazzled and ruined the whole atmosphere. I expressed that the way she was speaking was stressing me out and asked her to maybe chill out a bit. She snapped back with, “Then you can be stressed out outside. Your order is ready anyway.” This is NO WAY to speak to your fellow employees or a customer. I came to pick up an easy dinner... read more
