I visited today for the first time and I was beyond pleased! The atmosphere is very clean and modern. My take on the cuisine is that it’s a Mediterranean Chipotle, but better! All of the options for dips and hummus’s are bursting with flavor, it was a literal party in my mouth! Everything was so flavorful and I was blown away! Love this Cava location. I sent my son in to pick up the order and the worker was so nice and helped him. One of my favorite places in hoover
The person ahead of me ordered a rice bowl. The rice was almost empty. The employee picked through the rice to fill her bowl. When it was my turn I asked for fresh rice. She went to get fresh rice but mixed it together with the old rice. Literally mixed it together. I asked me to stop because I did not want the burned rice in my bowl. She said I'm just mixing it.
