Everytime I order in store everything is amazing. Food is great and service is fast. HOWEVER everytime (5 times) I order on Postmates . They never include any of the sauces that basically make the bowl. Please speak to your team to make sure the sauces are inside the order. Postmates never refunds me and I get a dry order
Wanted something healthy today so I tried Cava. The food was flavourful and very much satisfying. But the star of the show had to be the customer service from Lex, Kaitlyn, and Faith. These ladies walked me through the bases, dips, meats, toppings and sauces. Lex recommend I try the lamb meatballs on my next visit (I will be). Kaitlyn told me I had to get the sour cream and onion chips to go with my meal. I'm glad she did. It complimented the food so well. Thank you all for a magnificent first time experience.
