While moving my daughter from Houston to Charlotte we stopped at several places to eat and use the facilities. This Cava location was a nice change to some of the stores we stopped at. The restaurant was clean, staff very friendly and the bathrooms were very clean! That's hard to find these days. The two young ladies, up front, were so nice and inviting. They really seemed to take pride in a job well done. Thank you Cava!
I had my first ever CAVA experience here on July 12 around 330pm and had the BEST ever customer service. The young gentleman that helped me and my bestie out was soooo nice and he gave us recommendations on how to mix up the different drinks. Honestly the food itself was superb (so fresh & flavorful) but the service made it SO much more enjoyable.
