I just had the best experience at my local CAVA after a gym session, and I have to shout out the amazing team—especially Maria and the manager! From the moment I walked in, Maria greeted me with a huge smile and was super attentive as she helped build my post-workout bowl. She was patient, gave great recommendations for extra protein (grilled chicken for the win!), and made sure everything was just right. First time at this cava and I have to say, compare to other locations, the portions here are significantly smaller, not coming here again. Got two small soggy falafels in my bowl.
