I use to love cava for their big portion & fresh food and nice staff. But lately they been super stingy on portions… meats be super cold ew.. charging for extra and still not adding enough shame…every cava seem to have different rules and pricing. Starting to not really like cava anymore… not consistent no more& customer service from staff is depressing… zero stars
This was my first time going to Cava and I placed an order online during my work break and when I arrived, I noticed there wasn't a designated spot for picking up food reservations. I stood in line behind everyone who was waiting to build their meal but I didn't want to cut in front of anyone to ask where I go to pickup my food, since it was so busy. Customer service was great
I ordered a bowl today and it was my first time at this establishment. The food was unfamiliar but what I can say is the service was out of this world! Overall all employees were nice but Lauren stood out to me, a fair skinned young woman with her hair pulled back in a bun. Her cashier service was absolutely wonderful and made my experience navigating something new well worth it. She is such a kind person with a warming smile.
