I typically frequent the CAVA in Houston, however while visiting San Antonio today, I had a craving. Unfortunately, I regret it. The flavor of the food just isn’t the same and is quite mid. I’m guessing they don’t have the same recipes. The customer service was unpleasant. The first employee, a gentleman, initiated the prep of my bowl. His attitude and demeanor was “sour”. I wear Invisalign and just changed my liners so my speech wasn’t the best and my mouth was sore therefore I decide to point towards most of my selections.... read more
I love it here!!! Food is fantastic and served with wonderful guest service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
