This was my first time there. The young lady at the counter was very helpful.
The customer service here is horrible. They’re gossiping instead of attending to customers. Just to get their attention is like they’re doing you a favor. Today they made my order with feta which I forgot to remove because I am allergic, and when I told the guy upfront he said sorry the order is already made. They also forgot and didn’t add two dips I added to order. Such a waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.
My order was placed at 12:08. The app stated a pick up time of 12:30. I arrived about 12:40. Order wasn’t ready. I asked about it and was told it must have been picked up by someone else, and they weren’t sure if I even had an order. The most horrible treatment to a customer I’ve experienced in quite some time. When it was ready, all I was told is “Here You Go”! No apologies no sorry for the wait, not offered a cup of water. Nothing, just Here You Go. Unacceptable customer service.
