Really disappointed with our experience at CAVA. We placed an online pickup order for four bowls and paid a pretty high amount, only for every single bowl to be made wrong. Ingredients were missing, toppings were incorrect, and overall the order clearly wasn’t checked before being handed out. It’s frustrating spending that much money on food just to get home and realize nothing was right. I recently visited CAVA and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and since it was my first time, they took the time to explain everything to me really well, which made ordering so easy and stress-free. The food was super fresh and full of flavor. The salmon was amazing, and the garlic dressing was honestly next level, it brought everything together perfectly. 2 stars because the ordering process was quick and polite, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. There were only a few customers in the restaurant, yet every table was dirty, the floors were covered with food and trash, and the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I had to ask an employee to wipe down a table so I could sit down. With several employees standing around and no line of customers, there really wasn’t an excuse for the condition of the restaurant. Very disappointing experience.
