Took a while for the food, which is fine, it was lunch time, but no one acknowledged me for 20 minutes. Fortunately, the food is great. Honestly the best cava bowl I've ever had.
This location consistently misses items from orders placed online, and the portion sizes are very skimpy. We ordered takeout last Friday and several items from my and my son's orders were missing and all four bowls we ordered were barely half full.
For my first visit there, the food that I was provided was cold so it wasn't that appealing to me. Didn't know that they serve their food hot until my sister saw them bring out hot dishes after we had just sat down with our food.
I went to Cava tonight and it was my boyfriends and my first time there and John was so exceptional. He walked us through how to make a bowl and what each food was and even let us sample foods that were new to us. He was so nice and the atmosphere was great! Thank you John!
Got a bowl for pick up and it was missing over the half the things in the order. Only rice, chicken, pickles, broccoli and one dressing/sauce. Waste of my money.
