There are always only 2 people helping the line and 4 people in the back. I like the food and the concept but you’re waiting so long that your food is cold. The manager needs to be trained on monitoring his lines and adjusting staff. Also the person who starts the meals should finish the meal once they have 5 meals waiting for the next server. Instead they let it builds up to 6-8 before starting to finished the meal for the cashier so she can move faster.
The food is really good. For the life of me, I don't understand why grilled vegetables are treated and charged like protein. This is literally my only gripe with this place.
