I’ve been to several CAVA locations, and this one stood out! The ingredients were super fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient the employee that helped me out was Maliyah she brought the energy and makes me want to go back! I built my own bowl with saffron rice, grilled chicken, harrisa and a ton of pita crisp—everything was flavorful and well-balanced. The space was clean, and my order was ready quickly. It was ok. I'd describe it as a Mediterranean Chipotle. I think the girl working was upset, because all of the food was made very messy and ugly. The appearance did not make it look appetizing at all... it actually grossed me out. I really wanted to like this place since people always talk about it.
Erica and Krista were so friendly and sweet, the indoor tables were clean and they were open to explaining to me about what the toppings were. Only wish is that they slice their pink pickled onions a little thinner~ still, one of the best CAVA locations in OC!
Phenomenal service with greatly cooked meats. Beef is very tender and works perfectly with the combo of corn, saffrice rice. Sam and Maliyah were fast and presentable. Great service and great food.
