Falafel isn't good. I've had it twice now....inside is mushy outside is too dark, bordering on burned. Today the inside also came w some whole garbanzos (oh well at least I know it's real). Falafel being a mainstay Mediterranean item, please do better Cava
I ordered takeout. Picked it up immediately. It was already packed when I picked it up. Brown rice is too dry. I don't think it was fresh. And steak is not tender and keep chewing it just to spit it out. Whoever packed it, I am so disappointed. Should've gone to Chipotle.
Not super clean. Out of basic utensils in dining room and was told they were completely out.
The food is healthy but you don't get much for the price except they do give extra rice to make it look like you're getting something.
