I’ve never been to CAVA before but was recommended to try it by a co-worker. Came in today and was scanning the menu to decide what to try. As I am doing that, an extremely polite and pleasant employee asks if I need any assistance and I politely decline. After he learns I’ve never been to CAVA he energetically asks if he can walk me through how it works and I agree to it.
