Today was my first day ever trying Cava. I have no prior experience with Mediterranean food and was kind of nervous going in there not knowing what to get. As I sat there, dumbfounded, I was approached by a young man named Kobe one of the workers. He saw that I was looking a little confused and asked how he could help me today. Very ok place to grab a quick meal. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use the app!!! 3 times I used the app and food was not ready whatsoever!!! Get the line and build your bowl. Good luck!
I come here a couple times a week since I work nearby, it’s my favorite CAVA! The staff are always friendly and smiling, even when it’s busy.

Clean great service and food is fresh and delicious. Teara (GM) in Dedham helping out the new store and Edwina Hanover store manager are doing an awesome job!!
