Me and my family went and we all got the build your own bowl and it was a very hearty and nutritious meal and for it to be fast food, just insane! Awesome place 10/10 recommend
Gwendolynn greeted me right away! I told her this was my first visit and she gave me a marvelous suggestion and told me everything that is in the arugula, rice and chicken bowl. It did not disappoint!
Hit or miss with wait times. Go one day and it's fine and then the next nobody wants to be waiting 29 minutes. They need to plan/back themselves up so they are not in the weeds.
Fresh, flavorful, and filling. So many nutritious options. My family and I each built a bowl, and we all were so impressed with the taste. This is the best spot for a quick, healthy meal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. I’d love to see more healthy lifestyle options like this coming to the Chattanooga area. Definitely try this place out!
My friends kept telling me to try Cava, so glad we finally did! The spicy steak and falafel bowls were so fresh and flavorful. The bowls are big enough to split or save some for later.
