Went in today at the Eastchase location to try for the first time and I am IN LOVE! Staff was super friendly, especially (whom I presume to be the manager) a man whose name was Pete! He was super patient and friendly by helping me understand how the menu works. Food was absolutely excellent and a great portion that I had plenty to take home as leftovers. Dirty sticky tables and floor during my visit
Chan was so helpful and knew exactly what to suggest based on my likes and dislikes. There should be a way to add a tip to your order. That is my only suggestion. Love this place.
Worst experience- unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Over $40 spent with a total of 3 trips back to the restaurant (trying to give them a chance to correct their mistakes) only to be told on the final trip that all the meat had been “thrown out” and I should contact corporate with my complaint. Spoke with Peter (she called back 2 days later) who identified herself as the manager and she was sorry for what happened and that she would send comp cards in the mail for a future order.
