Went to Cava for lunch today and had the best customer service!! Josh V made my bowl today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any Cava location! He was so sweet and had the best warm smile! I will definitely be going back :)
Jody and Dylan were awesome! Excellent customer service and good with recommendations! Can’t recommend this place enough!
We had lunch today and Quan (manager) was phenomenal. She explained the difference in the newest bowl from our favorite harissa bowl. She was extremely courteous and especially kind to our 10 year old special needs granddaughter. Cava upper management, you have a superstar employee in Quan!
Man! The chicken shawarma was amazing and the pita chips are some of the best I’ve had! Quan also provided the most excellent and kind service! I’ll be back for more! Thanks again Cava!
