Updated review: Dr Causey reached out personally and offered help. I appreciate them for immediately reaching out and putting an effort and initiative to resolve any concerns. XXExtremely disappointed with the front desk and appointment confirmation process. In early March, I scheduled an appointment for mid-April. The front desk confirmed the date and time via text, and I called the same day to reconfirm, which they did. I highly recommend Causey and Hall Orthodontics! My husband, my daughter and myself are all patients there. Both Dr. Causey and Dr. Hall are very knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. It’s always a pleasure to go there for our (numerous) visits. Everything runs on time, the staff is great and very friendly, the office is comfortable, state of the art equipment on premises, and so many fun amenities like arcade games, candy bar etc, that our visits feel more like an outing rather than a chore.
