Went to register our jet ski here....she barely even tried and said the website stops at 4. It was 3:40. And then she told us our title was done incorrectly. Turns out she was just straight up lying about both so she could continue her conversation with her friend. We went to Cajun Outdoors in Hertford and got it handled by people actually willing to do their jobs. 0/10 don't recommend coming to these lazy people.

This place has the worst customer service and communication of any business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you’re in business why would you post something for sale and then not answer a customer inquiring about it? They replied one time to me, then when I tried to setup a time to pick up and purchase they quit answering then blocked me. If their communication is that shady I’d be really weary of any services/products they offer.
