Two years the company fitted NAVIEN boiler for me and they convinced me that's the best they have (its 15 year warranty and they are authorised dealer, they have all the parts in stock just in case something happen), on the first year service we discussed that the fan is too loud and needs replacement, there was no contact for the whole year, and 5 weeks ago they came for another service and I was told they cannot make service because boiler needs new fan assembly. I just bought a new boiler from Causeway. Their service and work quality both amazing. My old boiler has been down last Sunday. I ring Causeway and they arrange an engineer came to vist my home on next day then arrange to install a new boiler for me the next day. They are really efficient.The installment progess are professional and detailed. They help me change all the tubes and fixed the problem that they find about safety for free.
