a waste of time , called couple of times and the guy who answered first time told me they only dealing with emergencies that time . Called after the new year and a guy said to me ; why us try British Gas first if they continue doing business this way i will be surprised to see them surviving for long. Good luck anyway
£96 extortionate call out fee and all that needed done was a switch turned. This was not clearly communicated when I contacted them. Really disappointed

Two years the company fitted NAVIEN boiler for me and they convinced me that's the best they have (its 15 year warranty and they are authorised dealer, they have all the parts in stock just in case something happen), on the first year service we discussed that the fan is too loud and needs replacement, there was no contact for the whole year, and 5 weeks ago they came for another service and I was told they cannot make service because boiler needs new fan assembly.
