I have had 3 screen doors repaired over a few years. The ocean air really was hard on the metal screening. They suggested I get their non metal screens. Replaced them. Great job. They are holding up well. They were also flexible with timing. Will go back to then without hesitation

I walked in with a 24x36 inch casement window with a large crack and my four month old son in a car seat fifteen minutes before closing. The guy said I looked like I had my hands full and if I wanted to wait he would finish it right then and there. You don’t get kindness and service like that anywhere. Too awesome.

Very unprofessional. Receptionists just sit there with smirks. Dan has the worst communication ever. Makes 0 sense when dealing with a custom cut. Massive waste of my time that I won't get back.

Great service and people!! Brought in my screen door for new screen mesh since it requires “flat spline”. Was told the spline I needed wasn’t available, so I returned home to bring them the original spline. When I returned the screen door was completed. One of the longtime employees (42+yrs) found some of the spline it needed in his collection of spare parts. So I got my screen door repaired in under a hour!! I donated my original spline so they can help someone else out in the future.
