The only reason I gave any stars for service is because our housekeeper busted her butt to figure out how to get us what we needed and was the kindest person. Aside from that the service was horrible. The check in lady was clearly overwhelmed and short staffed. She sounded irritated when we asked for an update on the cot we had requested. She couldn't figure out if they had one or if I needed to pay it. The communication between her and housekeeping was horrible and she told us different things. Nate and switch a little. I reserved this with Delta Travel and I can’t believe @Delta stands behind this hotel. No pool, no bar/restaurant, no workout room, no cable TV, nothing that was in pictures or advertisements. Rooms were extremely outdated though comfortable. The staff were great and very friendly (best part and why I still stayed). It was cheep so I can’t complain there either.
