Took my MG in to be serviced and have a bad engine oil leak diagnosed. Was told that there were leaks from the rear main oil seal and engine sump gasket. This diagnostics was done without the engine being washed down. The solution was engine removal to have the leaks repaired. 40-45 hours of labour was quoted. Move forward several years and the engine oil leaks have been repaired. I have subsequently been told that neither the rear main seal or sump gasket are leaking oil. Great place looks to be quite busy. Even though busy they had time to talk to me. The work being done appears to be at a good standard.
Thanks to Chris for his amazing work on my 1965 Humber Super Snipe V. Some great work adding power steering, as I already had air conditioning. Ready to hit the road for some summer cruises. Worked to my budget and kept me informed along the way. Highly recommended to anyone looking at classic car restoration or upgrades.
