Worst clinic ever! Called in for an emergency with an inflamation in my eye as my eye was red bloodshot. Told them that I had a referral letter and the so called staff and the doctor says that the fees would be approximately $250 + other tests which may costs up to $500. And when I requested that this can't wait as my eyes are really painful, they offer me a Thursday (7 day later) appointment. What does 'emergency/urgent ' means? I have a history of eye problems and over the years, I found them very good.
Botched cataract surgery, Rushed to eye and ear hospital. Now blind in one eye. Cant drive, read etc? Have to wait 2 months for corrective surgery. by another practice. Gharged $1,100 for incomplete surgery. Refusing to reimburse for extra out of pocket costs. Do not go here.
