Avoid this business. Was told to arrive at 9am but wasn't seen for 2 hours! Felt very ill after being fasted for 24hrs. Anaesthetist put a bite block into my mouth ready for gastroscopy but it was too large, so he just ripped it out before I could open my mouth fully. After the procedure I ended up with chipped teeth & had to have a filling replaced. As per other views, the “practice manager” Nikki is incredibly rude on the phone. Condescending and brash is a summary. Discussed feedback to her just to be told “no one is above me” and hung up on. To answer everyone’s questions, the reason why this practice continues to function is because she is Dr Stephen, the founder’s wife. I had organised for a colonoscopy with this group I popped in to pick up the preparation that you need to take prior to procedure. The initial reception team member was lovely and asked me to fill out the paper work. Once I filled out the paperwork I returned to the desk to be served by an extremely dismissive,intimidating women.
