I have been helped by Shima several times. Every time, she has been patient, kind and professional in helping me find the best insurance for my needs. That kind of service is very much appreciated, thank you. Updated review: I continue using Caulfield Insurance, I have never had anything but positive experiences with their team. I have been helped by Ian several times more recently and find this location to be really fast and efficient for renewing or making changes to ICBC insurance policies over the phone.
Very lazy staff, have to fill in all your own forms. Gone way downhill, poor service with a lot of attitude make you feel like your a criminal. Awful place!
