I called all over for lost cooling on a 2008 Whirlpool fridge. Mark at Cauley's was able to come out same-day and get us back up and running. He was on time and awesome! Price was right for parts, labor, and the service call. Definitely my go-to for future appliance issues and my recommendation to anyone in the area.
I've called Mark out every time I have an appliance issue. He is always knowledgeable of whatever I have not working. Always gets out quickly, is on time and friendly . Alot of these small repair businesses have closed over the years. There's a reason they are still around. They are very reasonable with service calls, and give you their honest opinion. Very nice,professional, reasonable rates
Mark is the guy you want. He did not fix the washer, told me all we could do is put a bandaid on it. That's honesty, that's what we need!! He also taught me the whole mechanics of washers and their evolution. He was like a digital electronic that plugged into washer when he ran diagnostics. Fun to watch. And his service fee was very reasonable. I even tipped him
