I've called Mark out every time I have an appliance issue. He is always knowledgeable of whatever I have not working. Always gets out quickly, is on time and friendly . Alot of these small repair businesses have closed over the years. There's a reason they are still around. They are very reasonable with service calls, and give you their honest opinion. Very nice,professional, reasonable rates
Mark is the guy you want. He did not fix the washer, told me all we could do is put a bandaid on it. That's honesty, that's what we need!! He also taught me the whole mechanics of washers and their evolution. He was like a digital electronic that plugged into washer when he ran diagnostics. Fun to watch. And his service fee was very reasonable. I even tipped him
