First interaction with this GP and I am absolutely shocked by the level of rudeness I experienced when calling this GP practice. I rang because my own doctor told me to, but the receptionist instantly spoke to me in a dismissive, condescending tone and questioned why I was even calling if I wasn’t registered there. The worth GP surgery I have ever been
I'm honestly shocked at the waste of taxpayer money keeping this place running. In Bedford, it's already hard enough to find doctors who genuinely help and support patients, and yet this place is somehow on par with Deparys in how poorly it treats people. To the receptionist who made my partner cry you should be ashamed of yourself.
