My mom had a horrible experience and had to go to Duke to get the surgery redone. Had a bone infection. The doctor and staff were so rude to her !!! I don't recommend anyone to go to him.
This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. In September, I fell and went to the ER. I never saw a Dr, but was referred to Dr Caudle. I was diagnosed with a dislocated toe and 3 broken bones on the top of my foot. I had a total of 3 appointments, all scheduled before 9:00am, and with a PA. On my 2nd appointment, 3 weeks from my fall, I was put in an orthopedic shoe, not even a boot. I don’t know why there are any negative reviews on this office and Dr.Caudle. Everyone on this office was fantastic. From the front desk to the PA Jolie to Dr, Caudle and Dr. Nicks everyone was courteous, professional, and took extra time to listen to me and help me. The treatment was excellent and the surgery successful. I have nothing but good to say about the experience.
