A couple of years ago I had an appointment with Bob Caudle. Sat in the reception forever while he was talking to another client during my scheduled meeting time. I waited an hour. I decided to get up and leave. When the receptionist tried to tell him I was waiting for over an hour he snapped at her, and was very rude to her. I hope she does not work there anymore. She was very nice and deserves better. Also, The office condition looked like it was in desperate need of care.
