Because I can't register no stars. 18 days since ordering. Order still at pick and pack stage but they've charged the credit card quickly enough. Dreadful communication - I standard template email about being small company. Promised to dispatch within 4 days - nope. 8 days more since email promise and still in pick and pack stage. Placed an order a while ago and after 11 days of no communication or tracking update I contacted customer service and was told the product is out of stock and my order would be shipped when it was back in stock. When purchasing my product there was nothing to say it was out of stock because if it was, I would have bought elsewhere.
