We visited Catwalk 09 today to find a Prom dress for my daughter. The ladies who helped us clearly knew exactly what colour and style would suit my daughter, who wanted something very specific but in fact was a colour that wouldn't have suited her. With their expertise, the ladies helped my daughter to choose a dress that looks amazing. They were beyond kind in helping us with the whole process. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop. Like previous reviewers, if I could give zero stars, I would. The first clue to how awful this place is came when trying to book an appointment - it was almost like the owner doesn't want customers with how little she helped. We arrived on the day, having had no previous contact, with no member of staff to be seen. The old lady with the grey hair mentioned in other reviews then appeared, practically barked 'can I help you?' before basically telling us we were in the way on the landing and could we move. A lovely place to shop. Went for my daughters prom dress. They were quite busy (that time of year) but we were able to spend the time browsing. When it came to trying dresses on the team were very honest helping us to chose a colour that suited her. The man working noticed I was struggling with my mobility so offered me a chair. They were all so attentive and didn’t bat an eyelid when we finished 10 minutes after they closed even though we hadn’t bought a dress. Great shop
Fantastic help in the shop. Dress ordered and arrived 3 months earlier than expected.
