Staff are lovely and very hospitable, the compound is incredibly clean and high end, climate and pest controlled. Very modern build but the prices are competitive. Have used them for over 2 years and very happy with the service overall. Would highly recommend. Ranging from small lockers to entire garage units. Also has carpark storage for vehicles, boats and trailers.
Rented a storage unit for a few months and it was a seamless process. Storage unit is clean and easily accessible. Never too crowded and plenty of dolly’s if needed. All my encounters with the staff were lovely and they provided exceptional customer service. Would definitely store my stuff again if necessary at Catts.
