Rented a storage unit for a few months and it was a seamless process. Storage unit is clean and easily accessible. Never too crowded and plenty of dolly’s if needed. All my encounters with the staff were lovely and they provided exceptional customer service. Would definitely store my stuff again if necessary at Catts.
Very clean buildings, great price and location. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to stop for a chat with them on the way to my unit.
The storage facility is in excellent condition, almost like new, with a very reasonable price and a great location. The staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Catts. They have top notch customer service (Ces is excellent), central location, fair price, brand new secure facilities, very clean and convenient to use with their supplied trolleys, wide hallways and smooth floors. The only minor thing: I'd give a full 5/5 if the storage unit was open until a little later at night (the site closes at 9pm). Midnight would be ideal but even 10pm or 11pm would be much better for my typical schedule but, even so, not a huge issu... read more
