I wanted to share an intentional review on our experience at Cattles Pharmacy, in hopes to shed some light on how amazing this small but amazing business really is. 1. Years ago when my family and I had awful insurance that basically scammed us from the start, we were truly unaware of what they covered or more importantly didn't, leading us to be completely blindsided by the price of our scripts despite checking beforehand if they'd be covered. I have been calling several times today to check on a prescription and no one is picking up the phone. Are they closed ?
Cattles' Pharmacy has been our pharmacy for many years. All the employees are friendly and nice on the phone and in person. The pharmacist is so helpful, caring and willing to give advice when we need it. We love having a small town pharmacy where we are not just a number and not just a customer; we are treated like a friend.
Awesome small town pharmacy that has excellent customer service, and is stocked with what we need with one stop shopping.
