I went here last week (4/25/2025) by mistake but one of the receptionist was more than helpful to get me to the right place. When you’re disabled like myself there is nothing like a person going above and beyond to truly help you. She is the greatest. Her last name started with an S.

This was the worst blood draw ever! First try was the inside elbow which she missed big time and then started swinging the needle around under the skin and literally stabbing me as she continued to miss the vein. Then it was time for the wrist where the same failures took place! Finally calling over her supervisor who made a joke about how bad she missed! Luckily she hit it first time. This place is a one star establishment. Put in a refill for an inhaler on Monday and Friday still not done. The pharmacy kept saying the order was never submitted and the doctors office kept claiming it was already done. When I asked the doctors office what the next step was all they said was we put in the script end of story ? When I went to pick up the script psychically I got a real nasty response from the lady that handed it to me. This place has been going downhill for years.

Brought my mom here for an 11:15 am appt. They took literally every other person (walk-ins included) before her and after a half hour of this she asked what was going on because an 1115 had been take before her. The lady said they had 2 different techs and that's why. Which made no sense. The lady was very rude and told her to just sit back down and wait. Been coming here for 20 years every 3 months. Quick and efficient. If you are lucky enough to get Maria, she has a great attitude. Always a smile and a quick hello is given with all patients. She is the BEST! Thanks Maria for being so friendly and kind!
