If I could give zero stars I would. Run from this place! Made an appt on Monday for a Wednesday. Got berated because I didn’t have the paperwork they mailed me? I was 30 minutes early by the way. I sat and filled out the paperwork, which there was quite a bit of. A woman calls me up and says where’s my referral. I said I do not need a referral. My insurance company does not require that.
