When the office moved to a new location I made sure that I Googled directions prior to heading over. We'll Google had the correct building number of the new location but not the street so I was totally lost and when I tried to call I got an answering recording for a different office. I hung up and called again as I was desperate. Again the recording listed a completely different office but I listened longer into the recording and it mentioned if you are looking for the dermatology office press a number.......An answering ser... read more

Dr Yohn’s office changed location so I was late for my appointment using navigation. The office coldly said sorry we have a 5 minute rule and turned me away after traveling 30min to get there. And insult to injury I tried calling for over 20min to alert them with no answer. Maybe they need to make a rule for themselves to pick up the damn phone. Do not have any dealings with this cold, unsympathetic and unprofessional office.

I called this location to set up an appointment. The VERY first thing I said was... “Hi, I’d like to set up a new patient appointment.” I’m not sure what’s wrong with the receptionist because she then asked me why I was calling. I told her again, I was calling to set up a new patient appointment. At this point she asked me which doctor I’m looking to see and I indicated the doctor approved by my insurance. She then informs me that the entire practice is not taking in new patients at this time. I wasted six minutes of my life... read more
