While driving to Colorado, we wanted to skip the usual drive-thru fast food and find something authentic. We stumbled upon Cattleman's Livestock Commission Company, and it was exactly what we were looking for—a great little local spot with an amazing rustic vibe (it’s an active livestock auction location!).
