If you don't want to wake up every morning thinking about how Ben Catterlin stole $10,000 of your hard earned money, then I would not hire him. Lying to your face about how he would defend you with a strategic defense, but then when you are all paid he changes his tune to align with the prosecution. Makenzie is a good attorney. She actually fights for her clients. I know this not as a client, but as her opposition. She had a restraining order filed by my ex. And even though there was no grounds for it and it was dismissed, the way they wrote it forced me to take a long hard look at myself. It made me realize my faults and humbled me enough to make changes in my life. And although I don’t care for her and nor does she of me, I do respect how she handles her clients’ needs. I hope to never hear from her again.
