My cat needed to be transferred to a vet with 24/7 care. So we transferred him here. They had him for 3 days. I got texts throughout the day telling me how he was doing and the vet also called once a day to talk to me. I would definitely use them again. I do use them for my grandsons turtle since they have an exotic vet on staff. She is fantastic.

They were monitoring an issue with my dog and recommended I make an appointment for imaging, I never made the appointment they said to make the appointment I had to leave a deposit, I never left a deposit never made the appointment and then started getting notified that I owed them for a missed appointment. I called about another animal who was at end of life and needed euthanasia and they said they couldn’t help because of the outstanding balance owed for a missed appointment. If your dog needs dental surgery Dr. Joe is the best. Rest assured your pups will be in good hands. My beagle Gus needed teeth extraced. Gus is 11 and he is doing so well post surgery. You wouldn't even know he had surgery. He's back to his normal hungry happy self. I appreciate Dr. Joe, Dr. Daniela and the entire staff at Catskill Vet.
