Tom Sanford stole $15500 from me. I gave him a check on August 10 2023 east and he never ordered my kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink. He is a criminal. He kept the money for himself. I am heartsick.
Tom Sanford from Catskill Mountain Kitchen And Bath is a complete fraud. He took over $12,000 from us and never ordered our cabinets. or countertop's. He has ignored phone calls, emails and visits to his showroom by not only my husband and I but our builder as well. We gave him a deposit $12,900. on August 1 2023 he deposited it on August 8 2023 and NEVER ordered our cabinets and countertops. He has ignored every attempt we offered for an amicable resolution. Tom was very professional with our family and helped us to redo our kitchen. The whole process was easy and smooth from start to finish and our cabinets look amazing.
I am very surprised to see all of the negative reviews for this business. My husband and I worked with Tom on our kitchen renovation. He was always professional and honest with us. He dealt with our indecisiveness very kindly, and helped us make decisions. He was recommended to us by a family member, who also had a great experience with him. I would definitely work with him again!
This guy is a liar and a thief. He took a $14,000 deposit from us in October and never put the order in. He jerked us around for 5 months and when I finally got fed up, he told me he didn’t have my money. Thankfully we put $12,000 on Amex and they recovered that for us, but I am still pursuing the other $2000 which was paid by check. Anyone who has had a similar experience with this sheister should contact me so that we can pursue legal action together.
