Ilene in the office is really really super cool. Super nice lady, knows the industry and what needs to happen, and how to handle everything. Thank you so much!!! And the only other name I heard her mention was Bobby, the guy putting the trailer in the dock then back out on the street for me. He is just way super cool. The guy inside on the forklift, I did not get his name, but again, like Bobby and Ilene, way super cool!!! This is definitely the place to get a rework done.
